I walked and read a sign to order online so i didn’t have to wait in line so i did just that, i ordered the double beyond burger with the sweet potato fries and the garlic kale and cabbage salad to have the next day. The wait time for the food wasn’t bad, about 10 minutes. They have a small shopping area so i was able to look at the different vitamin supplements, vegan drinks and soaps while i waited. The burger was good and not to try the sweet potato fries were the best i’ve had and the salad was plentiful and tasty/ I would definitely visit again!

Very goid vegan food. I’ve been going here for a little over a year and have never been disappointed. I’ve tried several meals and my favorite is the 3 salad plate. I also get the sea moss from here. This is the only one that I’ve had that does not have a salty taste in it. I added it to my shakes daily and sometimes add it to my food. The last time I went I tried the vegan quesadilla, delicious and it is big enough to make it two meals. We also tried the jackfruit taco. The jackfruit taste like bbq I would have preferred it on a bun instead of a taco. I’m so glad to hear they have recently opened a new location on Lockwood in 5th Ward!!!!

I love coming to Sunshines when I’m in the area. I ALWAYS get the spicy black bean burger with sweet potato fries. I had never purchased anything in store but wanted to try the gelled Sea Moss, the cashier which was Sunshine’s granddaughter, suggested the “Sunshines surprise sea moss gel. I was hesitant to try it but I purchased it anyways and it wasn’t bad, it had a cinnamon flavor with a texture of applesauce. Due to the awesome health benefits of sea moss I will most definitely be purchasing it again.
